The latest offering is a double CD featuring 21 tracks live from the 2009 event, led by some of the best worship leaders around. The album is well produced and is edited from the different worship leaders' sets to give a sense of balance. It offers a mix of old and new, both in terms of songs, and the worship leaders themselves. There is some good variety here as each worship leader brings their own unique style to the album. From Ben Cantelon opening CD one with "One Way", to Mark Beswick singing the classic "Knowing You", there is plenty to like here. The first CD's climax of Tim Hughes' new song "Give Us Your Courage" finished off with the chorus of Joel Houston's "The Stand" - a particular high point…the quality, as usual, is very high. Overall this is a good mix of musical styles, and a great package for anyone wanting to learn some new songs, bring home a memoir of the event or just wanting to worship God in their living room. Or even all three.

Here’s some live worship for you to get your teeth into. 21 tracks on a double CD package from Spring Harvest 2009. Lots of well known worship leaders on display and it all starts with Ben Cantelon’s ‘One Way’ – a high octane start. Vicky Beeching provides two of the highlights on the recording with her gentle worship on ‘Breath of God’, as well as the great song ‘Jesus is My Best Friend’. The first Cd certainly gains momentum with songs like ‘Call the Seeker’ (Graham Kendrick), ‘Knowing you’ (Mark Beswick), and ‘Give Us Your Courage’ (Tim Hughes). Towards the end, Kendrick returns with a lovely song called ‘Love Each Other’. Even if you didn’t attend Spring Harvest 2009, I still think that you will enjoy the worship. 8/10

Spring Harvest exists to 'equip the Church for action'. Through a range of events, conferences, books and resources, Spring Harvest seeks to enable Christians to impact their local communities and the wider world.

Originally launched as a one-week event in Prestatyn in 1979, Spring Harvest has become much more than just an annual event - albeit the largest Christian conference in Europe.

Spring Harvest has featured many of the world’s top speakers, worship leaders and bands. Regular contributors included: Rev RT Kendall, Rev Stephen Gaukroger, Jeff Lucas, Rev Steve Chalke, Revd Selwyn Hughes, Matt Redman, Tim Hughes and many, many more.

Today, Spring Harvest still run a Main Event each Easter, attracting some 45,000 people of all ages to one of a number of Weeks at more than one location. They are also responsible for several smaller conferences catering for specific needs and audiences, these include Youthwork the conference and Aiming4Excellence.
